Are Activaya's products 100% natural?
Yes. We only use natural, pure and carefully selected ingredients without synthetic additives.
Are the products vegan?
All products are vegan except for Honey Bee Mine, which contains organic beeswax and honey.
Do you use essential oils?
Yes, but always in skin-safe quantities and with carefully selected oils that support both skin and mind.
Are the products fragranced?
Only with natural extracts, botanical oils and aromas — never synthetic fragrances.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Activaya never tests on animals.
Are your raw materials organically certified and ethically produced?
Yes! Sustainability, quality, and transparency are fundamental to us.
Organic Certifications
We work with raw materials that are certified according to recognized organic standards such as COSMOS-standard, Ecocert, and Soil Association. These certifications ensure that the ingredients meet strict requirements for environmental consideration, traceability, and quality throughout the supply chain.
We have long-term collaborations with carefully selected suppliers who share our values regarding sustainable production and transparency.
Ethical Trade & Working Conditions
We collaborate with suppliers who work systematically with responsible sourcing and documented policies regarding working conditions in the supply chain.
Although our raw material suppliers currently do not have specific Fairtrade or Fair for Life certifications at the raw material level, some suppliers undergo independent third-party audits at the company level. For example, one of our suppliers is B Corp certified, meaning that the company as a whole has been audited by B Lab regarding social and environmental responsibility.
We follow developments in additional social third-party certifications and continuously evaluate how we can further strengthen our sustainability efforts.
MCT Oil
Our MCT oil is 100% coconut-based and not palm oil. Therefore, it is not covered by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO certification only applies to palm oil). The choice of coconut-based MCT is a conscious sustainability decision on our part.
SKINCARE & APPLICATION
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are mild and balanced and suitable for all skin types.
Do all seven products work together?
Yes. They are designed as a complete ritual from cleansing to glow and body care.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
absolutely! Mama Buriti is especially appreciated. If you have questions about specific essential oils, please contact us.
How long does a product last?
2–4 months with normal use, depending on the product and quantity. However, our products last for 2 years.
GENERAL
Where are Activaya's products manufactured?
All products are made in Gothenburg in small batches with care and quality.
Are your packages recyclable?
Yes. Glass, plastic, and metal can be separated and recycled.
Can men use Activaya?
Absolutely! Our products are created for all skin types and all people.
Can I return a product?
